Taylor went to undergrad at Butler University graduating in 2020 with a major in Biology and double minor in Chemistry and Latin. Taylor was on the pre med track and decided to switch to nursing as well as join the ABA field. Working with kids in group care had her realize that the minority group of kids in school are the ones that need the extra attention. Being that she's also on the nursing course, she strives to support children in both the physical and behavioral capacities to help build those neural connections.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys reading, watching movies, finding new coffee shops and places to eat.

Although born in Boston Massachusetts, Maddy considers herself a Colorado native! She's lived here for the whole of her working memory, with a brief stint living in the lovely southern California area.
Maddy earned her bachelors degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University along with a minor in Philosophy and Literature in 2023. She has worked as a professional researcher and has traveled internationally to work and research with youth from disadvantaged communities. Her experiences with youth of all backgrounds, cultures, neurological abilities and life situations sparked a keen interest for behavior within her, which ultimately led her to involvement in ABA for the past several months. Maddy not only loves the modality of ABA therapy, and appreciates the insights behavior science provides, but she loves the chance to effect change and watch growth happen while accompanying individuals throughout their life journey! There is nothing better than seeing a person become more themselves when given the right tools and support, and Maddy loves to support this process!
Maddy's got a knack for killing plants (advice is welcome- needed even). She loves an afternoon in a coffee shop, spontaneous adventures with friends, and cozy nights in with loved ones. She also loves to read, play music, watercolor, run, hike, and research!
